Over thirty years leading Marines, sales associates and peers in every aspect of my life. Whether it is a position on a church board, or as sub division president, I have sought positions of responsibility and exceeded all expectations. As a Platoon and Company Commander, Squadron and Group Operations Officer I have planned countless training and combat missions and supervised them to successful accomplishment. My ability to work both independently as well as with others required resolving scheduling, detailed planning, reporting, and world wide time phased deployment of assets and people often with incompatible organizational structure and equipment. The bottom line result was that I made it work within budgets and without loss of life.
